- Right-click the button on the right.
- Internet Explorer users select Save Target As.
- Enter the user name and password you were provided.
- Select a folder on your harddrive in which to store the file.
- Click Save.

Display the Commenting tool bar (Tools->Commenting->Show->Commenting
Toolbar).

Railway Dictionaries
When we are unsure about how to spell a railway
term, we use the following dictionaries. Why three? Because they rarely
agree. We use whatever spelling two out of three of them prefer.
